Membership
The RMA Australian Community
The RMA Australia community consists of the leading financial services organisations - their employees in both risk management and the business - as well as independent risk practitioners.
Membership is open to both Institutions and individual practitioners with the membership year running from 1 April to 31 March.
Institutional Membership
We have a three tiered Membership Structure that reflects the size and scale of the operations and the individual membership base within the institution. Those employees who want to participate in RMA events then become Individual Members.
Institutional membership fees support the running costs of the association and subsidises the cost of individual membership for employees. A key benefit of Institutional Membership is an invitation to the annual Chief Risk Officers Forum.
Tier 1 Membership: Major Banks and Financial Services Corporations
Tier 2 Membership: Mid sized financial service firms and major consulting firms
Tier 3 Membership: Smaller local financial services firms, regulators and consulting firms
Please contact us for specific information on Institutional Membership entitlements for each Tier.
Individual Membership
If you are an employee of an Institutional Member, you can join as an Individual Member of RMA Australia.
Independent Membership
Individuals not employed by RMA Australia member institutions, such as financial risk management consultants, or companies that do not otherwise meet the criteria of Institutional Membership are eligible to become Independent members of RMA Australia. Students undertaking banking and finance courses are also eligible for this membership.
